These terms govern your use of team-dynamite.co.uk (the “Website”), run by The Dynamite Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Using the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it:
- in any way that breaks a law or regulation;
- to send us spam, or unwanted advertising or promotional material;
- to try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its server or any connected system, or to introduce viruses or other harmful code.
2. Classes, prices and timetable
Information about classes, prices and the timetable on this Website is a guide only. It can change, so please check with us before you travel or pay. Sending a contact or free trial form is an enquiry, not a booking or a contract. A booking is only confirmed when we reply to say so.
3. Training and safety
Martial arts involve physical contact and carry a risk of injury. Nothing on the Website is medical or professional training advice. If you have an injury or health condition, please speak to your doctor before training and tell your coach. Anyone training with us must follow the instructions of our coaches. Children must be signed up by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for them at the gym as explained when they join.
4. Intellectual property
Unless we say otherwise, The Dynamite Academy owns or is licensed to use everything on the Website, including text, logos, photographs and video. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license or copy material from the Website for commercial purposes without our written permission.
5. Accuracy of information
We try to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete, accurate or always available, and we accept no liability for errors or omissions.
6. Links to other websites
The Website may link to other websites, such as social media pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or for anything that results from using them.
